In a modern, busy world, how do we find time the time to look after our own mental well-being? As with so many things in the physical world, therapy has now received the ratification required to move it online and the results speak for themselves.
Thinkwell is a pioneer in the provision of online cognitive therapy via messaging. The company came to Canvas to help deliver the rebrand required to take Thinkwell to the next phase of its marketing plan.
Canvas’ design team went to town researching both typography and colour theory in order to arrive at a brand theme which satisfied the brief of being both calming, and aligned with recovery. A simple style guide was then created to help Thinkwell govern all marketing communication, before setting about the business of producing web designs.
The designs were based on both analytical research into what was and wasn’t working with the existing look and feel, anecdotal research as well as best practice for sites designed to convert users into sales. Recommendations went as far as copy style, tone of voice and style of photography – all of which would deliver against the brand proposition and appeal to user personas.
Lastly Canvas worked with the marketing Team at Thinkwell to test the designs with a panel of users, resulting in very encouraging results, giving Thinkwell the confidence they needed to progress.
